When I look at the task manager the only thing I see Webex related is the "Cisco Webex Service" and "Cisco Webex Meetings Plugins Service". I want to be able to use the desktop app, but I do NOT want it just opening itself whenever it feels like it. At first I thought it might be triggering because I have events on my Outlook calendar, but that doesn't seem to always be the case so I ruled that out.
